Hi, I’m Jennifer — the founder of Front Desk To Go, a service born out of both experience and necessity. As a single mom of three and a dedicated professional with over two decades in the dental industry, I’ve learned just how essential a smooth, organized front desk is to the success of any business.

 

Throughout my 20+ years working in dental offices, I’ve worn many hats — from front desk coordinator and insurance specialist to office manager. I’ve seen firsthand how stressful it can be when a trusted team member has to step away unexpectedly due to an emergency, illness, or even a well-deserved vacation. The front desk is the heartbeat of the office, and when it’s not functioning at its best, the whole operation feels the strain. That’s where the idea for Front Desk To Go came from.

 

I was born and raised in the Bronx, where I developed a strong work ethic, a no-nonsense attitude, and a deep appreciation for community. Years later, I moved to Florida after my periodontist encouraged me to take MGE: Management Experts training. Those classes didn’t just change my professional outlook — they helped spark a new vision for what was possible. I fell in love with the Sunshine State and the idea of building something of my own that could truly help others.

 

Front Desk To Go is here to bridge the gap for businesses that find themselves short-staffed at the front desk. I personally train and vet every team member to ensure they are not only experienced and efficient but also warm, professional, and ready to represent your business with the same care as your regular staff. Whether it’s a dental office, law firm, medical practice, or other professional setting — we’re here to keep things running smoothly.

 

Starting my own business is both a dream come true and a reflection of my journey — one filled with hard work, resilience, and the desire to support other professionals through life’s unpredictable moments.
